IPad Air 2 has a global score of 79.3, which is way better than the Acer Iconia A1's overall score of 55.4. The iPad Air 2 works with iOS 8.x OS, while Acer Iconia A1 counts with Android 4.1 OS. IPad Air 2 is a newer and way thinner device than the Acer Iconia A1, but it's also a little bit heavier.
IPad Air 2 features a bit more powerful CPU than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has lesser CPU cores (although faster) and doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and 1 GB more RAM memory.
