Dell Venue 8 Pro is just a bit better than Acer Iconia A1, getting a 59.6 score against 55.4. Dell Venue 8 Pro's body is extremely thinner and just a bit lighter than the Acer Iconia A1. The Dell Venue 8 Pro has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1 operating system.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro has a little bit better processing power than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have 4 cores, the Dell Venue 8 Pro also counts with a higher amount of RAM. The Dell Venue 8 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a bit higher pixel number in each inch in the screen, a little bigger display and a bit higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Acer Iconia A1, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB and 64 GB internal storage. Acer Iconia A1 counts with a superior camera than Dell Venue 8 Pro. Both have a back-facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels.
