HTC Jetstream has an overall score of 63.6, which is much better than the Acer Iconia A1's global score of 55.4. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the HTC Jetstream has the older 3.1 version and Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1 version. The HTC Jetstream design is older, incredibly heavier and thicker than Acer Iconia A1.
The Acer Iconia A1 features just a bit better looking display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a way smaller display and a little bit lower 768 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixel number per screen inch. HTC Jetstream features a processor that's very similar to Acer Iconia A1's processing unit, and although the HTC Jetstream has a slower graphics processing unit and an inferior number of cores (but faster), they both have the same RAM amount.
HTC Jetstream features just a bit better camera than Acer Iconia A1, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the HTC Jetstream also has a back-facing camera with much more megapixels. HTC Jetstream features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Acer Iconia A1, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 32 GB, the HTC Jetstream also has 16 GB more internal memory.
HTC Jetstream counts with a much longer battery life than Acer Iconia A1, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia A1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia A1. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the HTC Jetstream, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Acer Iconia A1, letting go a couple specifications.
