The LG G Pad 8.0 has an overall score of 58.6, which is a little bit better than Acer Iconia A1-830-1479's global score of 54.7. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad 8.0 has a newer 5.0 version while Acer Iconia A1-830-1479 has Android 4.2.1 version. LG G Pad 8.0's construction is notably thicker but somewhat lighter than Acer Iconia A1-830-1479.
