Asus VivoTab is slightly better than the Acer Iconia A3, having a global score of 57.5 against 55.2. Asus VivoTab is an older and heavier tablet than the Acer Iconia A3, but Asus made it thinner anyway. The Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 operating system, and Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2 operating system.
Asus VivoTab counts with just a bit better processing power than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has 2 lesser cores (but faster), it also counts with 1 GB more RAM and a better graphics co-processor. The Acer Iconia A3 has a brighter display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
Asus VivoTab captures better photographs and videos than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Asus VivoTab also has a camera in the back with way more megapixels.
