Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab RT is much better than Acer Iconia A3, with a 61 score against 55.2. Asus VivoTab RT works with Windows RT operating system, while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2 operating system. The Asus VivoTab RT is an older tablet than the Acer Iconia A3, but it is thinner and a little lighter anyway.
The Acer Iconia A3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Acer Iconia A3 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Acer Iconia A3 features a better looking screen than Asus VivoTab RT, although it has a bit lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen, they both have a same size screen.
Asus VivoTab RT captures way better videos and photos than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Asus VivoTab RT also has a much higher resolution back-facing camera. Asus VivoTab RT features a much greater storage for apps and games than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Acer Iconia A3 has a much longer battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab RT.
The Asus VivoTab RT is more expensive than the Acer Iconia A3, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
