The iPad 2 has a global score of 62.1, which is much better than Acer Iconia One 8's 53.7 global score. Despite of the fact iPad 2 is notably older and incredibly heavier than Acer Iconia One 8, it's design is still just a little bit thinner. The iPad 2 has iOS 7.x operating system, and Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
The Acer Iconia One 8 counts with a bit faster CPU than iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Acer Iconia One 8 features a little more vivid display than iPad 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a slightly higher resolution of 800 x 1280px.
IPad 2 features a better memory capacity to install games and applications than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.
