Amazon Fire HD 6 is just a bit better than Acer Iconia Tab A100, getting a 54.1 score against 51.3. Both tablets we are comparing have Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HD 6 has a newer 4.4 version and Acer Iconia Tab A100 has Android 4.0.3, so it provides some extra features.
