Comparison review
Amazon Fire HD 6 has a score of 54.1, which is a little bit better than the Acer Iconia Tab A100's 50.4 overall score. The Amazon Fire HD 6 body is much newer, extremely thinner and much lighter than the Acer Iconia Tab A100. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS, but Amazon Fire HD 6 has the newer 4.4 version while Acer Iconia Tab A100 has Android 4.0.3 version, providing a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 features a much better looking display than Acer Iconia Tab A100, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel number in each inch of screen and a higher 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The Amazon Fire HD 6 has a bit better processor than Acer Iconia Tab A100, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also has more cores.
Acer Iconia Tab A100 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back. The Acer Iconia Tab A100 counts with much more memory to store more games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Acer Iconia Tab A100 also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
The Acer Iconia Tab A100 has a much better battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 6.
In addition to being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Amazon Fire HD 6 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it a no doubt choice.
