The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus is much better than Acer Iconia Tab A700, having a general score of 63.1 against 56.5. The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus construction is way newer, extremely lighter and incredibly thinner than the Acer Iconia Tab A700. These tablets include Android OS, but the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has newer 7.1 Nougat version while Acer Iconia Tab A700 has Android 4.1, so it gives you some extra features.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus features a little better hardware performance than Acer Iconia Tab A700, because it has a greater number of cores (and faster) and 1 GB more RAM.
