Comparison review

Asus VivoTab is a little bit better than the Acer Iconia W510, with a 57.5 score against 57.5. Both tablets we compare here include the same Windows 8 OS (Operating System). Even though Asus VivoTab and the Acer Iconia W510 were released with only a couple months difference, Asus VivoTab's body is just a little thinner but also heavier than the Acer Iconia W510.

The Asus VivoTab has just a bit better hardware performance than Acer Iconia W510. Both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the same RAM memory amount and a 533 MHz graphics processing unit. The Acer Iconia W510 features a little sharper display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 768 x 1366 resolution, the Acer Iconia W510 also counts with a bit better pixel density.

Asus VivoTab captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Acer Iconia W510. Both have the same video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video quality and a camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution. Asus VivoTab features a bit bigger storage to store more games and applications than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.

Acer Iconia W510 features a much better battery duration than Asus VivoTab.

Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Acer Iconia W510. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Asus VivoTab, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Acer Iconia W510, giving up some features and specs.
