Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE is slightly better than the Acer Iconia W510, with a 58.8 score against 57.5. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE body is a bit thinner and much lighter than Acer Iconia W510, despite of the fact that it was released only 9 months before. Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with Android 4.0 operating system, and Acer Iconia W510 comes with Windows 8 operating system.
Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a slightly better looking display than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has a bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 800 x 1280px, it also counts with a just a little greater screen density. The Acer Iconia W510 features a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB and more internal memory.
The Acer Iconia W510 counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, and although they both have 2 cores, the Acer Iconia W510 also has an extra graphics co-processor. Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a very superior battery duration than Acer Iconia W510, because it has a 6100mAh battery size. Acer Iconia W510 captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a way more MP back-facing camera and a much higher video quality.
