IPad 3 has a global score of 71.1, which is much better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's 62.3 global score. The iPad 3 has iOS 6.1 operating system, and Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with Android 4.4 operating system. The iPad 3 is a noticeably heavier and extremely thicker device than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has just a bit better looking screen than Apple iPad 3, because although it has a quite smaller display and a little bit worse 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the display. IPad 3 counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a much better processing power than Apple iPad 3, because it has a larger number of cores , more RAM memory and a GPU. The Apple iPad 3 counts with a greater camera than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. Both have the same resolution camera in the back. IPad 3 has a superior battery lifetime than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a 11560mAh battery capacity.
The iPad 3 costs more than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
