The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is much better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, having a 60.8 score against 53.4. These tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a newer 4.1.2 version and Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD has Android 4.1, so it offers some additional features and enhanced performance. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is an older and a little thicker device than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, but Samsung was able to build it a little bit lighter anyway.
The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD counts with a superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU and the same RAM amount, the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD also has an additional graphics processor. The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD also has a better resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a higher pixel number in each screen inch.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, because it has 24 GB more internal memory and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features greater battery life than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, because it has a 21 percent more battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a bit better camera than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, because it has a much better 3 MP resolution camera.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD, resigning some specifications.
