Google Nexus 7 is better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, with a 59.3 score against 53.4. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 7 has the newer 5.1 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1, so it provides the user some nice extra features.
