The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a score of 75.8, which is way better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's score of 53.4. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a newer 4.4.2 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1, offering some additional features. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s construction is heavier but thinner than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, and both were only released with a couple months difference.
