Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is much better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, getting a 61.4 score against 53.4. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) body is older, just a little thicker and notably heavier than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD. These tablets work with the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System), so both of them should count with the same OS features.

Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a really smaller screen and a little worse 768 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels quantity per inch of display.
