Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab is slightly better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, with a 58.6 score against 53.4. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab has 2.3.3 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1. Samsung Galaxy Tab is an extremely older and a lot thicker tablet than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, but Samsung managed to build it lighter anyway.

The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a same size display, the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD also has a slightly better resolution of 768 x 1024px and a little higher number of pixels per inch in the screen. Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has a lot better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has an extra graphics processing unit, a greater amount of RAM and 1 more CPU cores.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab has a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 24 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab shoots much clearer videos and photos than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has a camera with much more megapixels.

The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD counts with just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Tab, because it has 4150mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
