The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a global score of 75.2, which is way better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's 53.4 overall score. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1 version, providing the user some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's body is newer, notably lighter and thinner than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a little faster processor than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because although it has a weaker GPU working at 450 MHz, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 costs more than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
