The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a score of 57.6, which is a little bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's 53.4 global score. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1 version. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's design is newer, way lighter and thinner than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a bit better looking display than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920, a bit bigger display and much more pixels per inch in the screen. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 128 GB and 16 GB internal storage.
Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD features a bit more powerful processor than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
