Comparison review
The iPad 2 is better than the Amazon Fire HD 6, with a global score of 62.1 against 55. IPad 2 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Amazon Fire HD 6 works with Android 4.4 operating system. The iPad 2 design is thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 6, but it's notably heavier and was released many years before.
Amazon Fire HD 6 features an incredibly better looking display than iPad 2, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of display and a quite better 1280 x 800 resolution. The Apple iPad 2 counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 64 GB internal memory.
Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a little faster processing unit than Apple iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and more RAM memory. IPad 2 features a really longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 6.
The iPad 2 features a superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, although it has a camera with a much worse 0.7 megapixels resolution and a lot worse 1280x720 (HD) video quality.
Although iPad 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Amazon Fire HD 6. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPad 2, otherwise you can save some money and get the Amazon Fire HD 6, resigning a couple features and specs.
