Comparison review

Asus VivoTab is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 7, getting a 57.5 score against 54.8. Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 operating system, and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 operating system. The Asus VivoTab construction is thinner than Amazon Fire HD 7, although it's noticeably heavier and was released many years before.

The Amazon Fire HD 7 features a more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a quite lower 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a much higher display pixel density. Asus VivoTab counts with a much better storage for apps and games than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Asus VivoTab features a little bit better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 7, because although it has less cpu cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM. The Asus VivoTab takes much clearer pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Asus VivoTab also has a way higher resolution back-facing camera.

Asus VivoTab features a battery duration that is just as good as Amazon Fire HD 7's battery life.

Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 7. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Amazon Fire HD 7, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
