The Google Nexus 10 is way better than Amazon Fire HD 7, having a general score of 68.1 against 54.8. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS, but Google Nexus 10 has a more recent 5.1 version while Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4, so it provides the user some nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Google Nexus 10 is an older and noticeably heavier tablet device than the Amazon Fire HD 7, but Google managed to build it somewhat thinner anyway.
