Comparison review

The LG G Pad 10.1 has a score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 7's global score of 54.8. The LG G Pad 10.1 is a somewhat thinner but way heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 7. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad 10.1 has 5.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4, providing the user a couple additional features.

The Amazon Fire HD 7 counts with a brighter display than LG G Pad 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen. LG G Pad 10.1 features a CPU that's just as good as Amazon Fire HD 7's processor, and although the LG G Pad 10.1 has a graphics co-processor, they both have the same number of cores and 1 GB of RAM.

The LG G Pad 10.1 takes much clearer videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has a back facing camera with a way better resolution. The LG G Pad 10.1's memory for games and applications is very similar to the Amazon Fire HD 7 one, both have exactly the same internal memory. LG G Pad 10.1 has a very superior battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 7.

The LG G Pad 10.1 is more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 7, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
