The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is a lot better than Amazon Fire HD 7, getting a score of 66.2 against 54.8. These devices come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4.
