Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an overall score of 60.8, which is better than Amazon Fire HD 7's score of 54.8. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is incredibly older and just a little heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 7, it's design is still a little thinner. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has 4.1.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 version.

Amazon Fire HD 7 features a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a same size display, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also has a better 1280 x 800 resolution and a higher pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 64 GB and 32 GB internal memory capacity.

The Amazon Fire HD 7 has a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also has a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has a much higher 3 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a much longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 7.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Amazon Fire HD 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Fire HD 7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, else you can save some dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 7, letting go some features and specifications.
