Comparison review
Apple iPad Pro is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, getting a 79.5 score against 54.1. Apple iPad Pro has iOS 9.x operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 8 comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Apple iPad Pro's design is a bit thinner but way heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8, and both were only released with a few months difference.
IPad Pro has a bit more powerful processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 8, because although it has lesser CPU cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM. IPad Pro features a much better display than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a lot better resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels, a really larger display and more pixels per inch of screen.
The iPad Pro has a much better memory to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The iPad Pro features a superior battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 8. The iPad Pro takes a lot better photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the iPad Pro also has a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
The iPad Pro costs a lot more than the Amazon Fire HD 8, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
