Google Pixel Slate is way better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, having a 79.3 score against 54.1. The Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS OS, while Amazon Fire HD 8 comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Google Pixel Slate's design is noticeably newer and a bit thinner, but also a lot heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8.
