Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a general score of 74.2, which is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's overall score of 67.9. Both tablets we are comparing come with the same Android 4.4 OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 construction is a little thinner than the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, but it is somewhat heavier and was released only 10 months before.

Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also counts with a little higher pixel count per inch of display.
