Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a general score of 62.3, which is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE's score of 55.7. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 construction is thinner and way lighter than the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a more recent 4.4 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE has Android 4.0 version, counting with a couple nice extra features.
