The Samsung Galaxy Tab is slightly better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE, with a 58.6 score against 55.7. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab has an older 2.3.3 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE has Android 4.0. Samsung Galaxy Tab is a older and a lot thicker tablet than the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE, but Samsung could make it much lighter anyway.
