Comparison review
Asus VivoTab RT has an overall score of 61, which is slightly better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 global score. Asus VivoTab RT comes with Windows RT OS, and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with Android 4.2.2 OS. Although the Asus VivoTab RT is older and noticeably heavier than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, it's design is still just a bit thinner.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a quite better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab RT, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor and the same RAM amount, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has an additional graphics processor. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much better looking display than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot more pixels per screen inch.
The Asus VivoTab RT features a much better camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Asus VivoTab RT has as much storage for games and applications as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 one, they have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Asus VivoTab RT features a battery performance that's very similar to the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 one.
Although Asus VivoTab RT is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
