The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a bit better than LG G Pad 8.0, with a global score of 60.8 against 58.6. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 construction is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the LG G Pad 8.0. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has the older 4.2.2 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0.
