Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a score of 62.7, which is slightly better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 score. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, it must be noted that it is also older, heavier and a bit thicker. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has 4.0 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch in the screen and a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a better graphics processor working at 450 MHz, 2 more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, resigning some features and specifications.
