Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a score of 75.2, which is way better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 global score. Although Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 were only released with a couple months difference, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's design is somewhat thinner but also just a little bit heavier than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2, counting with some extra features.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a bit better display than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, although it has a little bit inferior pixels quantity in each inch in the display, a much lower 1200 x 1920 resolution and a quite smaller screen. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's CPU is just as good as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 one, both have a 450 megahertz graphics co-processor, 2 GB of RAM memory and 4 CPU cores.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a little bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a much better battery performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
