The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is way better than Toshiba AT200, getting a overall score of 60.8 against 50.5. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a newer 4.2.2 version while Toshiba AT200 has Android 3.2 version, counting with some nice extra features. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a noticeably newer and much lighter tablet than Toshiba AT200, although it is also somewhat thicker.
