IPad 10.2-inch is just a bit better than the Apple iPad Air, having a score of 79.3 against 77.9. Although iPad 10.2-inch is a bit heavier than the Apple iPad Air, it's a little bit thinner and also way newer. The iPad Air's processor is just as good as the iPad 10.2-inch one, because although the iPad Air has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of slower cores, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and a graphics processor. The iPad 10.2-inch features a bit better camera than iPad Air, and although they both have a F2.4 aperture, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the iPad 10.2-inch also has a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
Apple iPad Air features as much memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the iPad 10.2-inch one, they have the same internal storage. The iPad Air's battery duration is just as good as iPad 10.2-inch's battery performance, although the iPad Air has 8820mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPad 10.2-inch is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPad Air, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPad Air. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy iPad 10.2-inch, otherwise you can save some money and get the iPad Air, giving up some specifications.
