The Apple iPad mini 4 has a global score of 75.6, which is much better than the Apple iPad 2's general score of 57. Both of these devices have iOS OS (Operating System), but the Apple iPad mini 4 has the newer 9.x version while Apple iPad 2 has iOS 7.x version. Apple iPad mini 4's body is notably newer, incredibly thinner and notably lighter than Apple iPad 2.
IPad mini 4 features a lot better display than iPad 2, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher amount of pixels per inch of screen and a lot better 2048 x 1536 resolution.
