Comparison review
The iPad mini 3 is much better than the iPad 2, having a 75.3 score against 58.2. These tablets work with iOS OS, but iPad mini 3 has a newer 8.x version and iPad 2 has iOS 7.x version, counting with a lot of extra features. IPad mini 3's construction is notably newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than the iPad 2.
Apple iPad mini 3 has a much better looking display than iPad 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1536 x 2048px resolution and a way greater pixel number per inch of screen. IPad mini 3 features a better processing unit than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have 2 cores, the iPad mini 3 also has a higher amount of RAM, a 64 bits processing unit and a better 600 MHz graphics processing unit.
The iPad mini 3 features a way bigger storage for apps and games than iPad 2, because it has 32 GB more internal memory. IPad mini 3 has a much better camera than Apple iPad 2, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot better 5 MP resolution and a lot better 1920x1080 video quality. The iPad 2 has just a bit better battery life than Apple iPad mini 3, because it has a 6944mAh battery size.
Apple iPad mini 3 is a little more expensive than Apple iPad 2, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
