Comparison review
Apple iPad 3 has a general score of 71.1, which is better than the iPad 2's global score of 62.1. Although the Apple iPad 3 is newer than iPad 2, it's just a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier. These devices include iOS OS (Operating System), but Apple iPad 3 has the previous 6.1 version while iPad 2 has iOS 7.x version.
The iPad 2 features a bit faster CPU than Apple iPad 3, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the iPad 2 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The iPad 3 has a much more vibrant display than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have a same size display, the iPad 3 also has a way better screen pixels density and a lot higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The iPad 3 features a lot better camera than iPad 2, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the iPad 3 also has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a back-facing camera with a way better resolution. IPad 2 and iPad 3 both have extremely similar memory for apps and games, both of them have the same 64 GB internal storage.
Apple iPad 3 features a much better battery performance than Apple iPad 2, because it has a 11560mAh battery capacity.
