Comparison review
The Apple iPad Air 2 is way better than iPad 2, getting a 79.3 score against 62.1. Both of these devices use iOS OS, but the Apple iPad Air 2 has newer 8.x version while iPad 2 has iOS 7.x version, so it gives a lot of extra features and a performance increase. The Apple iPad Air 2 body is newer, a lot thinner and noticeably lighter than the iPad 2.
Apple iPad Air 2 counts with a much sharper screen than iPad 2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Apple iPad Air 2 also has a much better 2048 x 1536 resolution and way more pixels per inch of screen. IPad Air 2 has a better performing processor than iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit and less processing cores , it also counts with a 64 bits processor and 1,5 GB more RAM.
The iPad Air 2 captures much better pictures and videos than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the iPad Air 2 also has a way better 1920x1080 video resolution and a much more mega pixels back facing camera. The iPad Air 2 has a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than iPad 2, because it has 64 GB more internal memory.
IPad Air 2 features just a bit better battery duration than Apple iPad 2, because it has 7340mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the iPad Air 2 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets.
