Apple iPad Air (2020)'s body is notably newer, noticeably lighter and much thinner than iPad 2. The iPad Air (2020) has an extremely better processing unit than iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores and a 64-bits CPU.
Apple iPad Air (2020) counts with a lot better screen than iPad 2, because it has a lot better number of pixels per inch of screen, a little larger display and a way better 1640 x 2360 resolution. The iPad Air (2020) counts with as much memory capacity to install games and applications as iPad 2, both of them have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
IPad 2 counts with a much better battery duration than iPad Air (2020). The Apple iPad Air (2020) features a very superior camera than iPad 2, because it has a much better (4K) video quality, a lot larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light images and a way higher 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
IPad Air (2020) costs a lot more money than Apple iPad 2, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
