The iPad mini 4 has a global score of 75.6, which is much better than the Apple iPad 2's 62.1 overall score. The iPad mini 4 design is notably newer, much lighter and way thinner than the Apple iPad 2. Both of these devices include iOS OS (Operating System), but iPad mini 4 has a more recent 9.x version while Apple iPad 2 has iOS 7.x, so it gives lots of additional features.
IPad mini 4 features a much sharper screen than Apple iPad 2, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 2048 x 1536 resolution and a lot greater display pixel density.
