Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro is just a bit better than iPad 2, getting a overall score of 63.2 against 62.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro construction is newer than the iPad 2's, although it's extremely thicker and notably heavier. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro OS, while iPad 2 has iOS 7.x OS.
The Microsoft Surface Pro features a much better looking screen than iPad 2, because it has a little bigger display, a lot higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1080 x 1920 resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro features a much better storage to store more apps and games than Apple iPad 2, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
Microsoft Surface Pro features a faster CPU than iPad 2, and although they both have 2 CPU cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a better graphics processor running at 650 megahertz and more RAM. Apple iPad 2 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro. IPad 2 counts with a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, although it has a lot lower 0.7 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a lower 1280x720 video quality.
The Microsoft Surface Pro costs a little more than iPad 2, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
