The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a general score of 68.7, which is better than iPad 2's general score of 62.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch comes with Android 4.2.2 operating system, while iPad 2 works with iOS 7.x operating system. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's construction is notably newer, thinner and noticeably lighter than the iPad 2.
