Comparison review
The iPad 3 has an overall score of 71.1, which is much better than Acer Iconia W511's overall score of 59.5. The iPad 3 works with iOS 6.1 operating system, and Acer Iconia W511 counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system. Although it's the best in this comparison review, iPad 3 is a a bit thicker and heavier device than Acer Iconia W511.
The Acer Iconia W511 has a little bit better hardware performance than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have 2 cores, the Acer Iconia W511 also has more RAM memory. The iPad 3 counts with a much better looking screen than Acer Iconia W511, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixel number per screen inch and a much higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The Acer Iconia W511 features a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Acer Iconia W511 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB. IPad 3 has a really longer battery life than Acer Iconia W511, because it has a 11560mAh battery size against 3540mAh.
Apple iPad 3 shoots greater photos and videos than Acer Iconia W511, although it has a back camera with way less mega pixels resolution.
The iPad 3 costs a lot more money than the Acer Iconia W511, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
