Comparison review
The iPad 3 has a score of 71.1, which is much better than the Apple iPad 2's general score of 62.1. Although iPad 3 is newer than the Apple iPad 2, it's just a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker. These tablets use iOS OS (operating system), but iPad 3 has 6.1 version while Apple iPad 2 has iOS 7.x.
The iPad 2 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Apple iPad 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 2 processing cores, the iPad 2 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The iPad 3 has a way better looking screen than iPad 2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the iPad 3 also has a much better display density and a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048.
The iPad 3 shoots way better pictures and videos than iPad 2, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the iPad 3 also has a way better 1920x1080 video quality and a way better resolution camera. Apple iPad 2's storage for apps and games is just as good as the iPad 3 one, they have exactly the same internal memory.
