Comparison review
Apple iPad 3 is much better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, having a 71.1 score against 58.7. Apple iPad 3 has iOS 6.1 operating system, while Asus VivoTab Smart comes with Windows 8 operating system. The Apple iPad 3 design is a little bit thinner but heavier than Asus VivoTab Smart. Asus VivoTab Smart has a more powerful CPU than iPad 3, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has an extra graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM.
Apple iPad 3 has a more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a much better pixels density. Apple iPad 3 and Asus VivoTab Smart count with quite similar storage to store more apps and games, both of them have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The iPad 3 has a superior battery life than Asus VivoTab Smart. The iPad 3 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Asus VivoTab Smart, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a lot less mega-pixels resolution camera.
The iPad 3 and the Asus VivoTab Smart cost exactly the same.
