Comparison review
IPad 3 has an overall score of 71.1, which is slightly better than the Google Nexus 10's score of 68.1. IPad 3 has iOS 6.1 OS, while Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 OS. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison, iPad 3's construction is a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Google Nexus 10.
The Google Nexus 10 features a bit sharper screen than iPad 3, because it has a just a bit greater display density, a slightly higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a quite bigger screen. Apple iPad 3 features a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because it has more internal memory capacity.
The Google Nexus 10 counts with just a little better processing power than iPad 3, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Google Nexus 10 also has more RAM. The iPad 3 has improved battery life than Google Nexus 10, because it has a 28 percent more battery size. IPad 3 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Google Nexus 10. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video definition, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and a same resolution back camera.
Although iPad 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Nexus 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the iPad 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Google Nexus 10, giving up a couple specs and features.
