Comparison review
The iPad 3 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, with a global score of 67.7 against 65.9. The iPad 3 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Microsoft Surface 3 counts with Windows 8.1 OS. Even though the iPad 3 is better than Microsoft Surface 3, it must be noted that it's also a noticeably older, a little bit thicker and a little heavier tablet.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit more powerful processing unit than iPad 3, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with more RAM memory. Apple iPad 3 has a brighter display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
IPad 3 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lower video definition and a lot lower 5 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
